How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours. You will receive email or SMS (text message) confirmations when your order is confirmed, when it is shipped, and when it has been delivered.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method. You will see an estimated arrival window for standard shipping on the checkout page while placing your order. Typically, orders arrive within 3-7 business days.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard ground shipping is FREE with your order of $35 or more! Orders under $35 are charged a $5 flat rate. Subscription orders receive free ground shipping with orders of $25 or more. Subscription orders under $25 are charged a $3 flat rate.

What shipping carrier(s) do you use?

We ship all orders by ground using the three leading couriers - USPS, UPS, and FedEx - based on availability and speed to the shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to US addresses, including those in the contiguous 48 states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories or foreign countries.

What should I do if my order says shipped but it hasn’t moved?

It is common for packages to stay stationary for a brief period during the shipping process. We suggest waiting 24-48 hours and tracking the package again. If it still hasn’t moved after 48 hours, we are happy to help track down your shipped order. P
