Can I update my order to add or change products, sizes or variations?Updated 9 days ago
Yes, you are able to make these changes to your order any time before it ships! You can update an order by accessing your Farm to Pet account here and clicking on your active order (as shown below).
From the order page, you will see the option to edit your order if it has not yet shipped.
If the changes result in an additional payment due, a “Pay Now” button will appear for you to complete the transaction as desired.
If the changes result in an overpayment, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. You will receive an email or SMS (text message) notification once the refund is complete.
Please note that refunds are processed by your bank or financial institution and can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account with them.
