How do I redeem my Reward Chips for rewards?Updated a month ago

Once you have earned at least 1000 Rewards Chips points, you can redeem them for discounts applicable toward future purchases. Specifically:

1000 Rewards Chips = $10 off coupon 

2250 Rewards Chips = $25 off coupon 

4000 Rewards Chips = $50 off coupon

To redeem Rewards Chips, visit your account page and select “View Rewards” at the top. You can also navigate directly to the program page. Once there, scroll down to the “It's Treat O'Clock” section to select the desired coupon amount based on your points balance. 

Once you select the coupon reward you prefer, the code is emailed to you and automatically stored in your account, available to use for an upcoming purchase.

If you have earned enough points to redeem for a reward, or have a reward in your account that you can apply to a purchase, we will also remind you with prompts at checkout to make use of your loyalty rewards!
