How do I change my payment method for an order I already placed?Updated a month ago

Payment methods cannot be changed once an order has been submitted. However, if the order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel the order and place it again using another payment method. 

Simply access your account, select the order from your order history, click “Manage” and then “Cancel Order” from the drop down options. 

To place the order again, just press “Buy Again” on the order page and proceed using your desired payment type. 

If you made a payment in error or need further assistance regarding payments, please contact us including your name, phone number, order number, and any other details you’d like to share. We will respond as soon as possible, usually within one business day.
